Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Digital Products (PDF Books & Magazines)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable content are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for PDF books and magazines once the purchase has been completed. If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us at apbtinfo.com@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

2. Physical Books Purchased via Amazon

For physical books listed on our site but sold through Amazon Books, all returns and refunds must be handled directly through Amazon, in accordance with their policies. Please refer to Amazon’s Return Policy for further details.

3. General Return Policy (Other Physical Goods)

If you purchased physical items directly from our store, you are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The product must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must notify us of your decision by emailing apbtinfo.com@gmail.com with a clear request for return.

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 30 days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. You will not incur additional fees for the reimbursement.

4. Returning Physical Goods

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items. We recommend using a tracked and insured mail service to avoid loss or damage in transit. We cannot issue refunds for returned items that are lost or damaged during shipment.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Perishable goods or items past their expiry date.

  • Unsealed items that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

  • Items that have been mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery.
